Canadian Question...

Does PGCS, NGC or ANACS use a PL designation for quarters? I know they do for dollars. And I am questioning the designation back to George V coinage... any thoughts?

  • PCGS, NGC and ANACS does use a PL designation for quarters. There is no PL in the George V coinages.

oops... I meant to say George VI. I have seen George VI quarters from the late 1940's that are worthy of a PL designation.

  • I only heard that in the Goerge VI quarter coinages, only 1951 and 1952 have PL.
