1950 Japanese Cover with Letter...Big Pic

I thought this was neat two stamp collectors trading with one another.
Can anyone tell me a value for the stamp on cover and the
enclosed stamped paper??

In the german Michel catalog, it's # 511/Block 34. A single stamp shows used € 35, the block € 75. Not sure about the price on a cover.....

Oh, and when that boy wrote the letter, the stamp was out 3 days. (Issued 11-01-1950)
