How to avoid tariff/duty when getting cards back

I live in Canada. Am wondering if there are anyone on the forum who has submitted cards to PSA for grading and get around the problem of Canada Customs when PSA sends the cards back to you. I'd like to submit but didn't want to get ding to pay for customs when I am just getting back goods that belong to me to begin with.

Thanks in advance.

They've always written something like "Items being returned to owner" in the description box of the USPS Express Post form for me.. I haven't ask them to do this they just do it and I haven't had to pay customs thus far..

You can always submit through Len Pottie at Platinum Promotions - platinumpromo@accesswave.ca

He ships to PSA once a month and you do not have to worry about duty. The only thing extra is a 15% HST tax which is added to your totals.
Prices are $8 a card for cards valued at $50 or less and $10 a card for cards valued at more than $50.
