What is the deal with non Satin Circ strikes?

Are people collecting them? Are people searching for them? IS there a market for them? They seem scarce compared to other recent dates.

I am looking for some of the MS66 Quarters for my set I wanted in a straight grade of MS66. Have the CA in P&D, the OR in D, and the MN in D. And they actually cost me more than some of the MS68SF for this year. Still looking for the others.

I look for the non-satin finish circulation strikes to be similar to those from 1982-1983, when no Mint Sets were issued. The biggest difference is that in the 1980's, very few BU rolls were saved, while in 2005 we have huge quantities of nickels, quarters, halves, and dollars sold by the Mint. Maybe the non-SF cents and dimes from 2005 will be the sleepers of the future.

I have a lot of rolls saved, Linc's - Sac's. I just have been so busy looking through older rolls, that I haven't gotten to the new stuff yet. Sometime next week I will be going through a lot of 05-D Roosevelt rolls, may even have time for look at some Jeff's.
