2005 Football Cards

I do not normally collect modern, but do buy a few packs to check things out. Was wondering of the 2005 football cards that are out, which set do you like the best and why? Since I am into some fantasy football, thought about picking up a set.

    I like SPX the best. The base cards are nice and the rookies are inserted at a tough, but obtainable level. Plus the key RCs are almost always jersey/auto. SP Authentic is valued higher, but the base cards are boring and some rookies are impossible to pull.

    IMO I like the '05 Topps 50th. SPX looks like a pretty sweet set, but for the money I really dig the design that Topps used this year. While the stock isn't as heavy as the more expensive UD sets, the design is just sweet...plus I kind of like the fact that its an anniversary set just for nostalgic reasons.

    Collecting: Pretty much anything and everything, but raw '62s, Ripken and anything from my boys in Steeltown take top priority.
