PSA/DNA submission question...

Do you have to be a PSA member to submt to PSA/DNA? Does this go for cards submited to PSA/DNA? If you want it graded aswell as PSA/DNA do you have to be a member? Sorry for all the questions but I am unclear about this.

    PSA/DNA does not require membership but one is offered.
    For submissions to PSA of tickets or for the Auto/Grade service you do not need to be a member.

    How do I get a submission form? It asks me to login with my PSA Club Id.

    You probably need to go through the free 'silver' membership signup.
