Sweden Medal ID help needed

MEDAL IS 28 MM 10.1 GRMS AND 2 MM Thick. Obv " GUD KONGE FAEDRALAND" "HAoVF" On the ribbon below shield. Reverse reads" MED TAK FRA " " KREDS". It is Gold gilt over copper I believe. No Date. Nothing on the edge.

Hi!

Lovely medal.

All that I can say about it though is that it isnt swedish. It is danish. It has the danish lions on it and the writings is in dansih aswell. That side of the medal says in translation "God, King, Fatherland".

Hope that helped a bit.

I see that it is mistaken as a swedish medal on e-bay aswell.

Well our languages (swedish - danish) has many similarities.

Anyway what I was about to say was that the other side says something like "With thanks from the 3rd, 4th and 5th..." well Im not sure on the english word but "cirkle or district" perhaps!?
