How long do we have to submit cards after we renew our subscription to PSA? I still have not sent in my cards yet for the last renewal.

    All complimentary submissions are supposed to be done within the time frame of your membership they came with.
    1 year for the Gold and 2 years for the Platinum memberships.
    We've been known to make exceptions on this if your account is active due to renewal and it's only a few months.
