Any Dealers in Kansas City Metro Area You Would Recommend + Pricing Question

Hello. I'm 100% new here and just wondered if there were any reputable card dealers in the KC metro area that you would recommend. I collected cards as a kid and am thinking of getting back into it, but need to learn the ins & outs of third party grading & get a sense for what cards are really worth. I collect coins, so I am familiar with TPG (but not specifically for cards).

For example, I've got an unopened Upper Deck set (still in plastic wrap I believe) from the first year that Upper Deck came out (I can't remember the year off hand, I'm at work, but I know it is the one with the Ken Griffey Jr. rookie card in it)...any idea what something like that would be worth?
