Need help on a Fantasy Football schedule

12 Teams - 4 divisions of three teams each ... so we can avoid the final week of the regular season.
13 regular season games - two games against each division team (4 games) and one each against the other teams (9 games)
playoffs week 14-16
Does anyone have a schedule I can duplicate?
