My 6 freebies:
1. 1960 Venezuela #39 Earl Averill (no known examples have been graded by PSA)
2. 1975 Hostess Panel (Hand Cut) Campy/Rose/Bell (only 2 examples have been graded so far: PSA 9 and a PSA 6)
3. 1977 Hostess Panel (Hand Cut) Seaver/Rose/Carew (6 panels have been graded 1-10s, 1-9, 2-7s & 1-6)
4. 1981 Squirt #11 Pete Rose (21 graded by PSA: 1-PSA 10 & 5-PSA 9s have been graded, plus 15 lower grades)
5. 1981 Squirt #11 pete Rose (2nd example!)
6. 1983 Topps Foldouts Rose/Guerrero (none have been graded by PSA)
I carefully used a paper cutter on the Hostess panels, and they look great! The Squirt examples were a different story. Squirts are perforated and need to be carefully seperated. I seperated a whole bunch of Squirt strips, and it was difficult! I picked-out, what I believe to be the best two Pete Rose examples. When you tear apart these cards, the cardboard fibers, really stretch-out and losen. Some look good, many did not. It will depend on how PSA evaluates those perforated seperations. If I get good PSA results on these two Pete Rose Squirt examples, I will then send-in, some Carew, Jackson, Schmidt, etc. examples. Plus the '83 Topps Foldout also looks mint!
In any event, I look forward to my grades, and of course, I will post them here!

edit: I need the '81 Squirt, the '83 Topps Foldouts, and the '75 & '77 Hostess Panels for my Pete Rose Master set, go PSA!

The Hostess panels...........you did leave the dotted lines? I mean you cut outside of them? if not PSA will not grade them.

Steve, yes I did (i.e., leave the "dotted lines"!) I bought a nice PSA 10 panel from ajetfan (see below), he explained that he used a paper cutter. I did also, and they look great! I used a large paper cutter (at Office Depot). I was careful not to damage the surface. The cut looked perfect, all the way around! I'm pretty sure both panels will get a PSA 10 (one can hope?) or at worst, PSA 9s!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm pretty sure that even for the free submissions, Tall-boys and regular sized cards cannot be mixed on the same invoice. PSA used to allow this, but they no longer do. You're more than welcome to give it a shot and maybe they'll let it squeak through, but I'd bet not. You may want to ask customer service first. Also, if I'm wrong, please let me know as I'll be re-upping soon (December, I think) and I may have the same issue.
Robert (ajetfan)
ajetfan is correct on this. PSA may end up delaying or semding them back to you.

I did the same thing once and what they did for me was seperated the talls from the normals and charged me for seperate return shipping as if it was two orders.

Any word from PSA on how this was handled +/or grades yet?

I'm very curious. What sort of holder did you put the Hostess Panels in after you were done cutting them? I have some - and I'm not sure what type of holder to put them in for submission.

Marc, I used cardboard, that was smooth on one side, as to not scratch the surfaces. I cut the cardboard pieces. Some sellers have shipped me raw material, that was packed in a simular way, which which gave me the idea.
Plus, you can lay the panel flat on a piece of card board and just carefully lay the other cut piece on top. Then a small piece of tape to in the middle of each edge that tightly secures the card inside. I also used bubble wrap, and mailed it off! That's it!
Marc, I'm sure there is a better way to pack panels, but mine worked!

Funny, Nikki eMailed me stating PSA wanted an extra $12+ for shipping (because I mixed 3 regulars with 3 over-sized cards). PSA also wanted to raise the price to $20 for a '83 Topps Fold-outs Rose/Guerrero, stating that they need the extra money to verify the signatures on the card!
I told Nikki that the signatures were just printed by topps on the card. And all was then ok! (that was the first time that ever happened to me!). This was the first 1983 Topps Fold-Outs ever graded, so I guess Topps did a really good printing job and PSA, at first glance thought they were real signatures (...and not just "Topps printed signature fascimilies!)...
So I did have to pay an extra $12+ because I dix mix "large with the small".
So much for freebies! Over $30 spent here, "door-to door-to door"! Now I know better! LOL!

edit: P.S. I was given a second submission number by PSA. I was told it will take about seven day to get my grades. I will post them here.
