  • Yes and WOW! I am currently selling a complete PSA 8.1 NQ set on eBay and hope it will help. The one that really shocked me was the 69 #402 Boswell. SMR=$55 is really low BUT $620. Many of the others were also $200+ for commons. Hummmmm

The Boswell in 10 didnt surprise me too much. I was second bidder on the set where these cards came from. (mastro). The Brock$686,White $338,and some of the other 9's just were super hi. I did think the Conigliaro in 10 went cheap, and the Grezenda too. I now wish I would of click 1 more bid in there.

I wonder how he'll make out breaking up that set. I don't recall the exact amount but didn't it end up at around $12k or $13k including the juice? Low pops are still doing well but the higher pop cards are as dead as dead. The market has really crashed for those. It looks like those '60s grading specials are impacting the market for the more common cards.

No the set sold for just over $9400 with the juice. I dont know about the high POP's either. Most sold over $20 ea last night. Pretty good for Al McBean and Preston Gomez.

He's making out better than I am for the high pop 9's.
  • Going to happen again in a couple days. There are some all stars that are going to bring high dollars. Gibson, Bench. Mclain

    Dave,

Why did you come down over 1K since the last time time you tried to sell the set privately? On top of that you now have ebay fees. Did you change out any of the cards?
