One couple had a VF Columbian half dollar that they wanted to show me since they had seen one on ebay for $1300.00. They were a little put out when I told them it was worth $8-10 max.
You wouldn't believe how many people have copper 1943 cents, two headed coins, $250.00 face value gold coins, and on and on.
