2004 Topps American Treasures Cut Signatures

Anybody remember the 2004 Topps American Treasures Cut Autographs? Remember the Thomas Jefferson that sold for $27,000 on Ebay? Has anymore of those surfaced? I just wonder how many of those are still yet to be opened.

That is a good question. I wonder how many of those autographs are sitting in a pack in a unopened box somewhere and may never be found. What a waste of some historical autograph. Maybe they would have been better to keep the cards and just insert a winning card in the packs, with an expiration date to turn them in and if no one won the cards, they could give them out later. Seems better than having them never found.

    I'm clueless?

Like what ever happened to the people who paid serious bucks for those Exquisite Lebron auto/swatch cards?

    open my box.
  • Oh, so that is why Fleer put all the redemptions in their product, so people wouldn't miss out on those great autos of players that never will do anything in their league.
