depressing situation

I bought five plate blocks from a seller, and some other random stamps. The plate blocks, while not super expensive, were for some neat older stamps. Well, the stuff arrived today in three glassine envelopes. Some English in one, some misc. foreign in another, and the five plate blocks together in the third. The three envelopes were stacked together and stapled to a piece of cardboard to give some support to the mailing envelope. The only problem was that the staple went through all five plate blocks. On three of the blocks, through the selvage, and on the other two, right through the center of the stamp. At first I was shocked, and then kind of sad because I would have been quite happy with the blocks otherwise. I'm sure it was just a mistake on the part of the seller, but I hate to see stamps and coins ruined needlessly.

That's a shame, I wonder if someone else besides the seller does the packaging.

i would ask for replacements.

i sold some 2 dollar bills a while back and stapled one,felt like a dumbass
