I'm sorry, I've never heard of ANSI. I did a search and it turned up the plastic holders sold by Coin World and their publisher. If that is what they are, they might be properly graded (or even undergraded), but might also by MS63 or even AU58 and their price would reflect that ($40 to $15). If they are the CW holders, the owner could have slapped MS67 DMPL on the labels if she/he choose to. Be careful out there.
