    Is it not true that PCGS requires only the bottom pair of bands be split? So why did they put up a pic showing band detail for the upper bands as well??

    Confusing.

    PCGS has always required both top and bottom bands to be split. I have a beautiful
    1954S MS67 with the lower band split but misses on 10% of the top band. I sent
    the coin in 3 times for designation review and PC said no all 3 times.
