Anyone ever sold to "mr-no-pay" on Ebay?

Has a 355 feedback yet hasn't responded or paid for 5 cards he won from me two weeks ago. I generally don't like going through the NPB process with someone with good feedback however this just blows. Plus, why would you have that as your username?

I still can't understand why you bother bidding on 5 cards that end at the same time and don't pay when the total is only around $15??? I mean, that's just ridiculous....

How long ago did the auction end? Perhaps he is on vacation?.....

Not to make any excuses but please keep in mind what area of the country they are from. I'm from Miami and I was without power for 3 days due to Hurricane Katrina

Auctions ended on August 16 so I wouldn't think the storms would be issue? Like I said, I'm not one to jump the gun with filing NPB claims but it just seems odd to me that I would have gotten no response from him.

I usually act on these things 1 day before I should. Give it a day or two then file the NPB. You have every right to do so.
