Milk spots on a 1964 AH Kennedy Proof. Do I dip?
I bought a 1964 Proof Set with the AH Kennedy for my Dansco 7070 album and the Kennedy is spotted (one pin tip spot and the rest make the coin look a little dusty). Will dipping it help at all or should I just stick it in the album like it is? It's still a nice looking coin so I don't want to take any chances on ruining it.
Thanks for any help.

After looking at it closer and comparing it to a 67Cam and a 68Cam I really don't think it has a chance for CAM but it appears to be cleaner than the 67 so it might grade as a PR68 (without the spots of course).

No, it won't. The type of spots you described are embedded in the planchet and will not dip off. This is a common problem with the Accented Hair.

They're milk spots caused by improper planchet rinsing, and the gluck gets enbedded when the coin is struck. The Accented Hair was first production during an insanely chaotic period, so mint procedures were pretty sloppy. The coins are plagued by problems, and these spots are one of them, with obverse hairlining being the other major issue. The "dusty" look he describes is zillions of micro spots.
