SCD Crossovers

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has tried and what there success has been at crossing over from SCD graded cards. Attached is a card I obtained that I want to cross. Its subgrades are Centering:10, Corners/Edges:10 and Surface:9. I am assuming that I should crack and resubmit based on all the other posts. Any advise on the best method to crack these guys?
