Submission Voucher question

I got a voucher good for one free ungraded card at the Marketing Spec. Service level. Can I use that in conjunction with the special this month? In other words, I submit 25 cards and pay for 24 of them?

Not sure if you can do 25 and pay for 24. I had the same voucher and submitted 26 and paid for the 25. I figured it was better to be safe. Your best bet is to call in advance.
