Private Seller E-bay Question?

If you're interested in buying an item from a seller that's (at least) over $100 is their status as a private seller a deterrant from buying from them?

absolutely. I"d never buy from a private seller, or anyone that has hidden the bidders. Too many red flags, no matter what they say. Private auctions on ebay have been the domain of scammers since day one.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

Agree with Griffins. They claim it's to prevent SPAM, but all too often it's really to allow SCAM.

Kinda sucks for honest people who conceal their feedback or their bidders for honest reasons. It just looks shady, and usually is.
