If every card is truly mint, then you should get the Strawberry RC graded. If it gets a 9, that card alone will sell for more than a complete raw set, and if gets a 10 it will sell for up to 10 times a complete raw set. The assumption on ebay is that a raw opened set - even one described as mint or gem mint and even if there are enormous scans - contains a less than mint Strawberry. Otherwise, the seller would have gotten it graded.
