1964 Topps Standups on Ebay with shills?

I was watching an auction on ebay 1964 Standups I look at bid and was 275. I return home and bid is closed at 202.50. 2 retractions within 5 seconds caught my eye. Not sure who is working with who but check out the 2 retracted bidders bidding history. Seems they like to retract together. Any other explanation then shill bidding or am I missing something?
