What to do with stamps?

I was at an estate sale a while back and bought some boxed stuff. Among the boxes were several small boxes of stamps marked with diff countries. Most of the stamps are cancelled but appear to be in ok condition, probably a few hundred or more. What do I do with them, put them all on ebay as one lot, break them up and try to sell? , have some one look at them first (open to offers).

Sounds like the beginnings of a stamp collection
