What Happened to the NCAA Kick-Off Classic??

Didn't we used to have a couple of good college football games in late August??

    THey voted to get rid of most of the silly season kick-off games

    Kind of like the FSU vs BYU Game I went to in 2000. Margin Hooks was the best player on BYU...who's margin hooks you ask? Exactly.

    Actually, I went to a sperb Kick-off (or was it the Pigskin Classic) game about 11 years ago. Michigan was playing Virgina. Michigan played terribly most of the game, losing 17-0 with like 9:00 to go. They score 2 touchdowns in like 3 minutes, missing the extra point on each. They again stopped Virginia, and moved the length of the field in like :57. Last play, around :02 left to play. Dreisbach tossed about a 25 yard TD pass in the corned of the endzone to Mercury Hayes. Final score 18-17 Michigan image
