At only 958 registered Baseball sets, the SGC registry isn't growing as fast as they would like. So what do they do? I recently read where SGC is having a contest and they are giving away $100,000.00 in total prize money for every 100% complete Topps baseball set from 1952 to 1980. The top set in each year receives $2,000.00, $1,000.00 for the second best, and $500.00 for the third best. I guess that's one way to generate interest. I doubt they willbe giving away toomuch money since there are only a few complete SGC sets. I'll stick with PSA!
