Just wondering if someone could give me the short version of how to count pixels in an effort to see if a raw card has been trimmed. have photoshop, will travel.

I open the scan in photoshop and zoom to a level where I can see what I'm doing. Next I pick the rectangular selection tool and highlight the area I want to measure. If you have the info window open it'll display the hight and width of the area you selected (you may have to set it to display in pixels but you get the idea).

Works 99% of the time. It's time consuming, but overall worth it.
