Community-minded club seeking American gold coin @ $300

Ok, since I couldn't find a way to edit my previous posting for updated info, I had to create a new one.
For details, see previous threads HERE and HERE.. This includes all the information about the club I've posted, and dealings I've had with members of this board.
We acquired one of the two gold coins needed off of e-bay: Link to auction
Now, we're still in search of one for a revised $300 for the raffle, based on this month's ticket sales and projected $80 at the Annual Hunt. Again, all proceeds go to this coin, so hopefully we match our estimates. Anything extra is carried into the new year and used for newsletter costs, Annual Hunt next year, etc. This is a NON-PROFIT organization made up of community minded individuals who share a love for history, coins, and the hobby.
Remember, we need the coin to us before the last weekend of September.
