The nedsk ordeal is finally complete!

Hello! I just wanted to set the record straight with regards to nedsk, Carlisle, PA. I've received a complete refund for the searched 1981, 1984 and 1986 football cut card cases that I purchased through Ned's eBay auctions. He's been paying people via personal check and yes, the checks clear! The only legitimate item that we received was the 1958 football wax pack. It graded a disappointing 8.5 though; I guess Keith didn't get any the night before. No, seriously, Keith with GAI is a good friend of mine and I've taught him a lot about legitimate unopened product. Hat's off to Steve Rocchi as well. They have a valid and honest business. I know because we exhibited together at the Chicago National.
With regards to the resealed '58 baseball pack that I never received but gave positive feedback for, I admit that I made a mistake. The transaction was handled in a professional manner, but I shouldn't have given that positive to him for immediately refunding my $ plus extra. That's not how the feedback system works. That time has now passed and I've purchased more since then. I don't worry about petty garbage anymore, I worry about my recovery.
If anyone needs help with the nedsk issue, feel free to contact me via email or phone and we'll get the ball rolling if you're in need of a refund. I've helped MiniMaster and a few others on these boards with appraisals and I'll do that free of charge for anyone. If you work with me, you'll get your $ back. Also, anyone in need of our August Inventory List showing purchases from the National, etc. and want 100% legit unopened product, feel free to email or call. I'll expedite your requests. Thanks to everybody and remember, legit unopened material is one of the few items in life where your heart pumps a little faster, you start to tremble a bit, and you become semi-sweaty as you're opening your favorite vintage pack or case! ---Ryan

Thanks Again Ryan!
I certainly would recommend to all those that were taken in the "nedsk" ordeal to hook up with the Ryan Express (Get Your Refund Train)
Some unfortunate situations can have happy endings!
Ryan, I'm praying for a happy ending to this personal ordeal your having to deal with. Keep your "positive waves" flowing and you will beat this thing ; - ).

Ryan , what's your take on the junk 58 cellos that they authenticated? The ones that were in lelands (lelands pulled them due to questionable authenticity) , superior , and most recently on ebay from "rock bottom sports"?
what about all these "grocery cellos" that they have authenticated? I know someone who opened a few and he said it was garbage , also the cards do not come out in the same order as legit wax, rack ,and full size cellos from the era. the person who opened them also opened one of the junk 58 cellos and said the cello is the same on both packs. it is odd that no one had ever seen these before and their are now tons all of a sudden showing up everywhere?
I think GAI has done a good job bringing some legitamacy to this segment of the hobby and put a lot of resealeres out of business but they appear to have dropped the ball in these 2 instances.
Hope all is well with your treatments, it does not sound like a good thing to be going through but with todays medicine Iam sure you are in good hands.
