  • I've submitted probably +60 '93 Refractors, and I've NEVER gotten a (OC) qualifier, and undoubtedly some of them deserved the qualifier. For some reason, PSA seems to specifically overlook centering with this issue. For this card in particular, the lack of a border probably has something to do with it (a normal '93 refractor would probably get the qualifier), but like I said, PSA is lax on this specific set.

Grading '93 finest refractors has ALWAYS been a crap shoot with PSA.

On any given day, PSA 8s, 9s and 10s can be resubmitted and the chances that the grades will change are probably higher than 50/50.

Well I guess that shows that the other 9 highlighted in a different set wasn't awarded its grade because it was submitted by a big dealer.

Good point. I've submitted probably 120 in the past three months and I've only gotten 1 (OC), but this Ozzie certainly deserved it. My Alex Cole that came back a 9 probably was one that I had my fingers crossed on.

That's probably why the Pop. reports are so huge for most of the big players. Hopefully, however, people don't resubmit 10's. image
