No Payment and no contact.

Sold item 5228213474 on the 14th. Sent invoice on the 16th with a follow up e-mail on the 22nd. No contact from the buyer. He bought a card on the 19th and received positive feedback on the 21st. What happens when I would file a non payment with e-bay. Any way he could give me a neg. He's obviously been checking e-mail and such since I sold him the card and invoiced him before he bought his next card. Been selling some cards for a few months and this is the 1st time this has happened. Would appreciate your imputs

Just file the NPB - ebay will send him an email that will no doubt get his attention. I've had to do that with buyers before and it never results in a negative. They always say they forgot or whatever and payment arrives almost immediatiely. What kind of negative could he leave, anyway? "I forgot to pay and this jerk wanted his money?" I wouldn't worry about it; the system actually works, if you work it....
