1975 topps rack pack question - updated scans included

any ideas if this is the way any of the 75t rack packs looked? no header card? i've actually seen these in person and the cards as far as color are beautiful and 2 of the 3 cards showing have razor like corners with not the typical bends you see on most rack pack top cards. you can tell from the color of the plastic that they've been sitting for quite some time.

As you know, here is a 79T rack - does 4 yrs. make that much difference? Wish BBCExchange were up, they might have a rack for sale.



The cards do look pretty good - but where's the header card for the rack?

Hello,
We've had sealed cases of 1975 topps racks (3 and 6 box cases) and they always come with a header card. It's obvious to us that someone has cut the header card pocket off of this rack. Maybe this portion was written on or had permanent price stickers on it. The rack itself is legit and unsearched but has limited eye appeal due to the missing header card. Other than that, it would be great to open and submit some mint cards! We sell common '75 racks at $125 but are currently out of stock on single packs. i could hardly sleep last night knowing we were going to bust this pack today....

wow! pulled an aaron in the first rack section (#660). 2nd section had a beautiful yaz. 3rd section yielded no stars but great condition commons. i'll have scans tomorrow night. these cards are so bright. centering overall was very nice (there was one miscut card - claude osteen and the very next card was a centered claude osteen). sorry sting, no haney in this one. had a nice jr richard, gibson highlight, a couple of mvp's, a checklist and 3 world series cards. i would really like your opinion on the scans when i post tomorrow. i'm seriously considering adding these to my august submission.

there are around 20 more of these if they can be located. he's going to check this weekend.

I knew you would find an Aaron in that rack. I have a rack with Sutherland in the middle and Aaron is on top next to him. However I will never open this rack. Nice pull can't wait for scans

After louping through the cards, I've picked out 10 to submit for grading that I feel have legitimate shots at a 9 (one excepton on the bob gibson highlight). i'll post scans tomorrow for your input. i know it's difficult to tell from a scan but i'll try to make it as good as i can within the 50kb limit.
