Question about monthly PSA specials

I notice PSA's August special is $5 for 1972-1992 (min 25 submissions).

Does PSA ever have cheaper submission specials? Any w/o the 25 card minimum?

What have been some of PSA's past monthly specials?

This is actually a terrific special right now. I suggest you take advantage of it. What's really nice about it is the fact that you can submit stars and HOF'ers on this special. Normally this is one of the most popular specials along with the $12/5 day service special.

Usually the specials are like this one, or they do a $5 1950's commons, or 1960's commons special. Other than that, they tend to revolve. Keep in mind, while there is no guaranteed turnaround time, they tend to be less than 3 weeks. My last 3 submissions like this have been turned around in 3 days, 3 days and 8 days.
