A real good company to deal with (feel good story)

I won this Canadian Cased dollar on eBay. Yesterday I receive a coin from them that was not the coin pictured in the eBay listing. I contacted the company to ask about this. I received a reply from them promptly and was told they will send me a new coin. They included images of 4 1972 Dollars and I got to pick the one I liked best. In addition they said I can keep the original coin that was sent. They were very apologetic and understanding of the whole situation.

Fantastic customer service.

Very nice of them, especially for a $3 coin! image

  • A very nice seller. Thanks for sharing this nice news.
  • They are an excellent company to deal with. They are above board, and in it for the long haul. I have had, only positive experiences, with these people. Darn, this sounds like feedback.

    Glad everything worked out.
I go to their store a few times each season to see what they have.
Often they have nice Canadian paper money and plenty of boxes of coins to sniff through.
