Has anyone ever known a 1973 OPC to have such perfect edges?

Yet another card from mintxpress, but this vintage OPC was given a PSA 10. I have around (70) 1973 OPC PSA 9s (and a few 10s!), but I have yet to own an example that does not display the typical "OPC rough cut" on the edges.
Did PSA let a "sheet cut card slip thru the cracks"?
1973 OPC Carlton Fisk PSA 10
This card "hammered" close to $700! Wow!

edit: P.S. Message to PSA: Can your graders tell or not, ...if a card is "sheet cut" or "factory cut"?
edit: I remember that unbelievable lot of high end mint 1984 Topps Nestle cards that I bought. I didn't know that PSA no longer graded them. It seemed PSA graded around 250 examples (...with about 200 grading: PSA 9s & PSA 10s!), before realizing that they were "street/sheet cut", and not "factory cut". Even after realizing their mistake, PSA still lists them to this day, in their population report, grades and all. I wonder if PSA would consider reimbursing me the 100 dollars I spent on some beautiful 1984 Topps Nestle teams sets that I purchased from Canada (that I now see may be "sheet cut")? I was going to send them in to PSA for grading (i.e., Pete Rose beauties that all looked like PSA 10s!) , only to learn that even though PSA still lists '84 Topps Nestles in their population report, they do not grade them. And there is no mention in the population about '84 Topps Nestle being "sheet cut", rendering them currently ungradable with PSA. Can you imagine a compete team set of '84 Topps Nestles for $ 3.00 per team Loaded with mint beauties? Yep was too good to be true! LOL! Maybe I should send them into Beckett and I'll get back a "ton of 9.5"? LOL!
