Submit modern (early- to mid-80's) right out of the pack?

Submit early 70's from vending?

Crack and submit HOFers from 50's and 60's which have received grades of 6's and 7's, hoping maybe for an 8?

Couple of each?

heh - I think I'd submit stuff that would otheriwise set you back a bit more for grading. Ie. Cards over $500 or some early 50's or 60's HOF'ers that normally get included in the specials.

Took your advice cracked a few beauties this morning. I'll post scans/results of little experiment. See how close grades are.

Good luck. I cracked a few GAI and BGS graded cards for my sets in the registry. I took scans of them before I cracked them so I can show the difference. I'm curious to see how it turns out...
