2000 Upper Deck Yankee Master Collection Mystery Cards

Looky here.

This guy is auctioning off 5 of his Mystery Cards. Each one comes from a complete set. Although they are separate auctions, this is the first time I have seen something like this. The Billy Martin Mystery card is rare as the Munson one, only 1 of 2.

    Damn Nice Gemmy
What do you think it will go for?

Actually I like the Jeter card too.

edit: the card is getting activity as we speak! You would think people would lay low and snipe?

Mike, I have the Jeter and Berra. As far as the Martin, he was a popular Yankee, perhaps not as popular as Munson. I would say it would go for at least $500 since there are only 2. Maybe $1,000 but who knows if two collectors get in a bidding war. The Munson would probably go for over $2,000.

Those cards are out of my price range but really nice.

I would like a 3X5" auto photo of Martin for my set - I have the entire starting lineup - some, are autopen - but that doesn't bother me since I'm not looking to sell the set - just display it.

    $615, not a bad guess
