Best Way To Submit Bulk?

Does one submit numerically by year?

Spread out multiple dupes?

How are best results achieved?

I'm planning on submitting around 150 (large submission for me, 2_touched_corners).

Any theories?

Was not overly pleased with last large (120 count) submission. Lots of 8's on beautifully centered, pack-fresh cards.

  • I wonder if they have different graders specifically for each service level? I just got back my first bulk submission, and I got a lot more 7's than I normally would get by submitting through specials and the like. I'm gonna try another bulk sub in a week or two; if that one comes back soft also I might just stick to waiting for specials to come around, or break it up into smaller lots.
  • Do you think that is an indicator that PSA isn't so wonderful afterall? Either the card is a 8 or it isn't, regardless of whether the card was one of 100 submitted or one of 5. The service needs to be consistent; if you have to adjust how you submit your cards in order to get better grades, there is a problem

  • Human element, that's all. Not griping . . . Well, maybe.

As a teacher, and grader of MANY papers, I realize grades will vary from time to time based upon several different factors.

PSA is the absolute best and the only grading co. I'd personally ever consider using.

I guess you just play the game.
