Firstly, there is no directly available Non-USA POP Report.

However, it can be obtained with some sleuthing.

You will need a subscription to the POP Report or have membership (submitting) privileges through the Collectors Club.

The tricky part!! You will have the find some kind of existing number close to the denomination you desire. Either someone here could provide one for a starting point, ot you could search the eBay archives under FRANCE and PCGS. Teletrade is also a possibility. Both are free.

I've found that the country numbers are usually sequentially grouped but there are gaps in the numbering. So, if you can find a starting point close to the denom you are looking for you can go either forwards or backwards from there.

A quick eBay search found this; 1010531.45/21727790. Ah, but it's a Napoleon 5 Franc (not that close image ) Go to the main POP Report page and type, 1010531, in the Lookup by PCGS No: search box.

Most likely, the number for the 1927 5 cent. is lower by an order of multiple hundreds (they scale up in groups by denomination).

I'll try and do more searches today. Of course, there's a chance PCGS has never certified many dates in a given run.

Just to complicate things, I think they changed numbering systems at some point. I have a Norwegian 10 ore that has a coin number of 1011903 (close to the 5 franc that Mac mentioned). Yet I have a French 1941 5 franc that has a number of 156851. image I really don't understand why they can't publish the rest of the foreign coin numbers.

    Thanks for the help!

I do not have a membership, so I am unable to search for the correct coin #, but I appreciate your guidance. I wouldn't imagine it would be that hard to make a world coin pop report if they have it all in a Database and use the same code they made for the US Pop report. Oh well, hopefully someday.

    Thanks again for the help!
