How long to get your Bowman Chrome redemptions?

So, I got one of those redemption cards in a pack of 2003 Bowman Chrome a few years ago for an autographed Bryan Bullington refractor. Ok, cool. So, I ended up putting the card in a box and forgetting about it for a few years. In May, I saw that it was going to expire in June, so I sent it in. It's now August, and no card. Anyone know how long it usually take them to get this stuff turned around?
