New digs but can't ID- one is an 1830 and the other looks to be 1862

Does anyone recognize these? I found these several months ago, lost them and found them again last night (in my MD bag...I totally forgot they were there.)

    #1 is a Belgian 5-centime piece. Struck in copper-nickel, if I recall correctly.

    #2... uh... I dunno. I can't see it quite well enough. Hafta stare at the pics for a bit longer.
