Turnaround Time Question

If an order is received on 8/8, is today (8/17) 7 business days, or 6 business days? My 6 free subs were received (according to PSA's system) on the 8th, but grades are not up yet. Person on phone insisted that today is only six business days, and that I won't see anything until tomorrow at the earliest. Getting pretty anxious to see the grades on the 6 crossovers I sent.

    Today is the 7th business day. She could be saying that there have been 6 business days til today.

    Oh ok. She seemed convinced, however, that the seven day guarantee meant that the grades would be available tomorrow as opposed to today, which doesn't seem to make sense. I didn't actually pursue the subject, because I know that there are no real guarantees for the CC submissions, but I had been hoping that they would get the grades up by seven days, or even earlier, since many of the 35-day bulk submissions have been done in like 5-10 business days or less. Blah, just have to be patient.

    If the order is received in to the system on the 8th the first business day is the 9th.
    I'm assuming you are talking about the month of August so shows shouldn't be a consideration.
    Today, August 17th is your 7th business day and grades should post by the end of the day.

    The only time there is a difference in turnaround time is if you got special permission to submit something than a regular card (which is rare).
