i site i looked at said rare if used.i havent seen any used only mint.
Also a site i go to in new zealand is alot cheaper 4 those oversea cause its in new zealand dollars ie $100 ours is on $50 usa dollars. or $100 nzd is about 33 pound.also gb aust south africa world stamps

It's too difficult to determine the variety of the Washington and Franklin series by a picture. I would pass on this stamp anyway as the perfs on the left look trimmed or altered. If you are considering purchasing this, I would ask the seller for a photo of the back and about his guarantee.
