USA, I absolutely agree with you. Peter Forsberg is the best player in the league. I had hoped the Bruins were going to go after him but they wasted their efforts on Modano who was just trying to get more $ out of Dallas. I haven't seen a better two way player since Foppa entered the league. How many guys have you seen lately who will chase the play into their own end, absolutely cream the puck carrier, take the puck, skate up ice, deek the crap outta the goalie and bury it top shelf????? I've seen Forsberg do it on many occasions.

That said. NO its not Philly's year. Maybe you'll win your division but you won't get by the Bruins in the quaters. Remember you heard it here first..... Joe Thornton wins scoring title, Andrew Raycroft wins Playoff MVP....and.......Bruins win the cup in 2006!

You could be RIGHT! As you said philly will or might win the division. Of course philly will get ther...But can they finish the JOB? Why do philly sports teams always get ther but NEVER FINISH THE JOB???? Do they like watching us SUFFER.?

No. Bobby Clarke can not assemble a Stanley Cup caliber team. His fetish for big, slow defensemen will keep the Flyers out of the Stanley Cup finals.

Nah. Like Boopotts said, you can't like Bobby Clarke's track record with the team. More than that, though, I doubt the Flyers will win simply because they long ago squandered their Forsberg opportunity.
