Sims Classic Cards - Fixed My Problem - Thanks!

Just a note that I've been grumpy with Sim Classic Cards for the past few weeks over a $3.75 card.
Well, it turns out that it's all Yahoo's fault.

I got this email from them at an alternate email address of mine - not the Yahoo email address I used for the account.

Mr Kirwin,

Ok, now I see this email address. You've been sending emails to me via
jskirwin@yahoo.com which I have replied to each time and acknowledge
your return. Maybe they were going to your Yahoo spam box? Anyway, I
went ahead and credited your PayPal account $4.00. Previously, I offered
you a refund or credit but since you think I was not responding I just
went ahead and credited your account. This also explains why you were
posting to the message boards. I'm sorry about any mis-communication.
You might want to look into the accuracy of your Yahoo mail account.

That's all I needed.

This taught me an important lesson:
No matter how angry you are, bite your tongue and be polite. You just might be flipping out on the wrong person.

And the good news is I can keep shopping there. The refund will be spent at Sims Classic Sports shortly.
