Coin id - Chinese 10 cash - Help please...

I was hoping you guys could help me with a coin id. I am having trouble finding this mint mark...

Chihli (Zhili) Province, Paoting mint. Y#10c.

The name of the province was changed to Hebei in 1928. The image Man provided is from Hubei, a different province.

The ebay image is not infinitezero's piece either. It's from Honan (Henan) Province (I think). The mint mark is a little unclear in the image. At least for me...
