Since I started this set a couple years back, I have seen very few #15 Bob Rule cards come up in PSA 8(NQ). If you collect the set, you probably know why. Back then when they they came up on Ebay, they would sell in the $200-300+ range. Granted, pop was only about 10-12....no 9's at the time. Since then, the pop has gone to 20 in 8 and still only 2 in 9. I have seen 3 of them in PSA 8 in the last month, and I have purchased 2 of them. (should have bought the other one..think about $45). I now am the proud owner of 4 PSA 8's with no dreaded qualifiers. At about $50 these are a steal. Any of the sp's in 8 nq sell for more than this and most have a higher pop. My quest is now to buy everyone one that comes up for sale in 8 nq. With 20% of them now in my possession, think I'll just try to corner the market like I'm one of the Hunt brothers!!! Sure hope it turns out better for me than it did them!!! Wish me luck and if you have one in an 8nq, drop me a line and i'll make you an offer!!
