PSA/DNA at NY show

I'll be stopping by in the morning. I hope to get some things graded at the show. I have to admit I got lucky the show was close to me. I'm not sure if I could pack bats for shipping. I hope to get some balls, and a couple bats and jersys graded. Joe

    Is that a show, or is it just that PSA/DNA is making an appearance at Hall of Heroes (the store)? I've been to that store several times, and not been a huge fan of their insane prices. But, if it's a show I'd definitely drive the 30 minutes or so.

    Your right mmoin. PSA/DNA had it listed on the website as a show. And when I spoke to them on the phone I refered to it as a show but they were only at the store front. I am very disappointed. I was told on the phone by PSA/DNA not only would they grade the items at the show but if you prefer to you can do a direct submission. Well I type out the submission form and print it out and there were say $700 it total fees. The person at hall of heros says they don't use those forms you have to submit it thru them. I told him fine as long as the price is the same. He tells me the fee is $450. I told him he must have made a mistake I was expecting to pay $700. I realized they did not charge for the grading, only authentication. I said I needed both he told me they will only do authentications at the show. So I said fine then I will just submit the items and pay the extra for shipping the stuff back to me. They said they will not accept direct submissions.
    What a waste of my time. hall of heros says they can't be responciple for what PSA/DNA says on the website or on the phone.
    I plan on speaking to someone on Monday at PSA/DNA about this. I hope they are willing to do something for the inconveince. I will certinly post the results of my conversation.

    I had typed a long explanation but why bother. Suffice to say psa custermer service was horrible and
    has tarnished my opinion of the entire collectors universe image. Joe
