Psa pack grading thread...........

Since Psa is going to start grading packs thought we might need a thread for it.

Should we all start buying unopened material now???

How much do you think Psa will charge for pack grading???

Will they grade boxes too??

    (1) No. Please don't.
    (2) Don't know.
    (3) Joe said that PSA would not grade boxes when he spoke at the PSA Set Registry luncheon. I think that's a wise move.

Long live the PSA pack grading thread. image

bobsbbcs, you wrote, " (1) No. Please don't." to the question "Should we all start buying unopened material now???".

Hmmm, I wonder your reasons for that answer...image ...are you an avid unopened buyer and don't want the demand to go up maybe?? (In my best Church Lady voice...)How con-VEEE-nient! image

Buying unopened is even trickier for collectors IMHO. In person it's a sure shot, but buying on e-bay you're really tossing up a coin.

I would save the $$$ and buy directly from bbcexchange or bbckid, as many have said before, "honesty, integrity and dependability" are much better than rolling dice w/ e-bay sleazes.

Did Joe Orlando mention who will be PSA's resident pack expert?

I think that they are going to sub them out to GAI.But,that is a trade secret.image
Please be kind to me. Even though I'm now a former postal employee, I'm still capable of snapping at any time.
